She is 4mm wide and features four natural round blue sapphires four-prong set alternating with four diamonds. A total of 48 stones and 2.80 carats tw*. Sapphire is the birthstone for September and the gem of the 5th and 45th anniversaries.

SIZING: We offer one complimentary sizing for our standard ring styles, within 30 days of shipment receipt to our US, Canadian, UK, and Australian customers, when within 1 full size (does not include gold wedding band).
OFF THE SHELF: if you choose to have our stock items sized, you will use your complimentary sizing and your sale will be final. Please allow two weeks for sizing.
