"Off The Shelf" items are in stock and ready to ship within a few days. We ship priority mail which transit is 2-3 days within the U.S. Express shipping is available and transit is 1-2 days within the U.S. International transit will take up to 10 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
"Made To Order" will ship as soon as production is complete which usually takes 4 to 8 weeks.
We use USPS priority mail, priority express mail, priority mail international, registered mail.
Fedex and UPS are available upon request, fees may apply.

We offer one complimentary sizing for our standard ring styles, within 30 days of shipment receipt to our US, Canadian, UK, and Australian customers, when within jeweler’s recommended sizing range (does not include gold wedding band).
OFF THE SHELF: if you choose to have our stock items sized, you will use your complimentary sizing and your sale will be final. Please allow two weeks for sizing.
Beyond your 30 days, we offer sizing services for our rings for a small fee. Contact us for details.

An RMA (return merchandise authorization) number is needed to return an item for refund or repair. Without a valid RMA number, your package will be refused or returned at your expense.

We're still a husband and wife company after all these years and have expended our production team. You may have heard about us living in Hawaii, we did for a few years in the island of Kauai.
