"Off The Shelf" items are in stock and ready to ship within a few days. We ship priority mail which transit is 2-3 days within the U.S. Express shipping is available and transit is 1-2 days within the U.S. International transit will take up to 10 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
"Made To Order" will ship as soon as production is complete which usually takes 4 to 8 weeks.

An RMA (return merchandise authorization) number is needed to return an item for refund or repair. Without a valid RMA number, your package will be refused or returned at your expense.

We're still a husband and wife company after all these years and have expended our production team. You may have heard about us living in Hawaii, we did for a few years in the island of Kauai. Kauai will always be a part of us. Back in California where our we first started our jewelry making in 2004 following our family footsteps.
